Nigeria – Avsoft International has signed a new training partnership with Nigeria-based Pioneer Airlines to deliver pilot and cabin crew training via Avsoft’s proprietary Learning Management System (avLMS).

• Under the agreement, Pioneer Airlines will utilise Avsoft’s ATR 72-600 aircraft systems course for pilot training, complemented by general subject modules for both cockpit and cabin crew.

• Training delivery will be managed through avLMS, enabling structured course assignment, tracking, and reporting to support regulatory and operational compliance.

• Avsoft will also develop customised cabin crew training content tailored to Pioneer Airlines’ internal procedures and service expectations.

• The ATR 72-600 course supports both initial and recurrent training needs, while Avsoft’s general subject library delivers foundational aviation knowledge across roles.
