Epic Flight Academy Holds Grand Opening and Ribbon-Cutting at Centennial Airport Near Denver
Englewood, CO, USA – Epic Flight Academy officially launched its FAA Part 141 flight school at Centennial Airport (APA). Epic held the Grand Opening in Englewood, Colorado on Saturday, June 21st. Members of the South Metro Denver Chamber hosted the ribbon-cutting ceremony. The event was well attended, and Epic pilots flew Discovery Flights with those wanting to experience the thrill of flying.
Brock Rees, Director of Satellite Operations, said, “We had an excellent turnout with folks taking turns with flight simulator sessions as well as discovery flights. The weather was perfect, and we are grateful to the community for coming out to tour the campus.”
Founder and CEO Danny Perna added, “The folks at Centennial Airport and the entire Denver area have been extremely welcoming. We’re happy to a part of the community now. From our first visit to the area, we felt right at home, so the decision to establish a campus there was easy. We already have students training at APA and look forward to welcoming more.”
