Greece – Egnatia Aviation, one of the country’s largest flight training organisations, is actively seeking qualified Instrument Rating Instructors (IRIs) to join its growing team in Kavala, Greece.

  • Vacancies Available: 7

  • Remuneration Package Includes:

    • Euro 70,000 – 80,000 annual salary

    • Monthly food and fuel

Requirements:

  • Valid EASA CPL and FI/IRI rating

  • Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate

  • Deliver high-quality flight instruction in aircraft and FNPT II simulators

  • Guide students through structured syllabus with a focus on excellence

  • Collaborate with the CFI to meet training outcomes and timeframes
