Greek Flight School Strengthens Leadership Culture with Egnatia Master Academy Initiative

Kavala, Greece – Egnatia Aviation has announced the successful completion of its first Egnatia Master Academy program, a 12-month leadership development initiative created in collaboration with Harvard Business Publishing, aimed at fostering a strong internal leadership culture.

  • The 12-month program included 22 subject modules delivered through blended e-learning and 12 interactive workshops featuring case studies, team exercises, role-plays, and game-based learning.
  • The program is designed as a “mini-MBA,” focusing on enhancing leadership skills, strategic thinking, and personal development.

  • Topics covered included areas such as Change Management and Crisis Management.

  • Workshops were held at Lydia Aerodrome under the guidance of leadership coach Martha Taklakoglou.

  • 12 employees successfully graduated from the first intake of the program, preparing to take on leadership roles within Egnatia Aviation.

  • The initiative is part of Egnatia Aviation’s broader strategy to strengthen its employer branding and invest in career development for its staff.
