Ireland’s Airline Flight Academy (AFA) Signs 2025 Partnership with Spanish Pilot Training Organisation
Salamanca, Spain & Ireland – Adventia, the University of Salamanca’s pilot school, has signed a strategic agreement with Airline Flight Academy (AFA), Ryanair’s approved pilot training centre, to provide direct access for final-year students into Ryanair’s “Future Flyer Academy” program.

The collaboration grants Adventia students preferential access to Ryanair’s selection processes and supplementary training modules.

Over the next four years, more than 400 aspiring pilots are expected to benefit from this pathway, eventually joining Ryanair as Second Officers.

The Future Flyer Academy is Ryanair’s flagship initiative to train and recruit commercial pilots aligned with its operational standards.

Through this agreement, selected Adventia students will continue their training at AFA, gaining access to Ryanair-standard facilities and simulators.

The program is positioned as Ryanair’s preferred recruitment route for new commercial pilots, offering job placement upon successful completion.
