China – global operator of full flight simulator training center’s and provider of simulator engineering services Simaero is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Minxuan Lou as the new Legal Representative and General Manager of Simaero China (SIMAERO (Shanghai) Aviation Simulator Equipment Co., Ltd.), effective immediately. Mr. Lou succeeds Mr. Jiang Lei in this leadership role.

Mr. Minxuan Lou brings nearly two decades of experience in the aerospace and manufacturing industries, having held senior leadership positions at Collins Aerospace, Golden Argosy, and most recently as General Manager of Argosy Shanghai Aerospace Material. His background in automation engineering, combined with a deep understanding of operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and extensive management experience in both multinational joint ventures and Chinese enterprises, will be key assets as Simaero continues to expand its footprint in China.
