South Africa – Alt Academy, a Johannesburg‑based aviation training organisation and full flight simulator training centre registered with the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) under ATO number SACAA/1029/ATO, has announced the installation of a new on-site training pool to support ditch and water survival training as part of its cabin crew certification program. The new pool enables Alt Academy to deliver comprehensive emergency evacuation and water survival training directly at its training facility.

Alt. Academy is a South African aviation training institution and full flight simulator training center. The Academy offers many accredited programs ranging from Airline pilot training for Boeing and Airbus, Cabin Crew licensing to National Certificates and short courses.

In November 2025, Alt Academy officially launched the new Airbus A320 CEO/NEO full flight simulator.
