Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Emirates Flight Training Facilities, the full flight simulator training center of Emirates, is seeking a Simulator Fleet Manager – Flight Training Facilities to oversee its advanced flight simulator fleet and ensure that the training devices for the Airbus and Boeing fleet meet the airline’s training objectives and regulatory standards.

• The Technical Manager will lead a team of Senior Engineers responsible for the configuration, updates, and quality control of the simulator fleet and associated training devices.

• The role involves:

  • Monitoring simulator availability, reliability, and operational performance.

  • Managing updates to simulators based on fleet safety and training requirements.

  • Overseeing certification processes with international regulatory authorities.

  • Liaising with Emirates Engineering, Flight Training, Flight Operations, aircraft suppliers, and avionics suppliers.

  • Managing budgets, project lifecycles, and technical documentation for training devices.

  • Keeping simulator technology aligned with aircraft developments and industry training philosophies.

• The position requires:

  • Degree-level education with at least 8 years’ experience full flight simulator maintenance

  • Proven experience managing technical projects and implementing new technical solutions.

  • Strong flight simulation technical background and understanding of regulatory compliance.
