The visit underscored Hillsboro’s enduring relationship with Japan, which spans over three decades of educational cooperation. With annual student cohorts arriving from Japanese partner institutions, Hillsboro continues to serve as a hub for international pilot training, fostering professional and cultural exchange between Japan and the United States.
