London, United Kingdom – UK-based airline Virgin Atlantic has opened recruitment for First Officer and Senior First Officer roles to operate its Airbus fleet, with positions based at London Heathrow.

• The roles are permanent and available through to the application deadline of December 31, 2025.

• Candidates must meet minimum flight time requirements: 1,500 hours for First Officers and 3,000 hours for Senior First Officers on qualifying multi-pilot aircraft.

• Applicants must be currently qualified on at least one of the following Airbus aircraft: A320, A330, A340, A350, or A380.

• Other requirements include:

  • A UK-issued unfrozen ATPL with a valid Airbus type rating at time of joining

  • Current UK Class One Medical

  • ICAO Level 6 English Proficiency
