AEGEAN Appoints Stella Dimaraki CFO and Ilias Mandroukas CCO in 2026

Greece – AEGEAN Airlines has appointed Stella Dimaraki as Chief Financial Officer and Ilias Mandroukas as Chief Commercial Officer, with both executives assuming their new positions on October 1, 2026 after previously serving as deputy heads of their respective functions.

• Dimaraki joined AEGEAN in 2007 and most recently served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer. The airline said she has been involved in shaping and implementing the Group’s financial strategy and in transactions supporting its development.
• Dimaraki has more than 25 years of finance experience and has led projects including the acquisition of Olympic Air and the airline’s first bond issue. Her responsibilities have also covered risk management, asset-liability management, capital markets and aircraft financing.
• Dimaraki is also an executive member of AEGEAN’s Board of Directors, with her current board term running until April 30, 2027.
• Mandroukas joined AEGEAN in 1999 and previously served as Deputy Chief Commercial Officer. During his tenure, he has held management roles across Digital & eCommerce and Loyalty & Customer Engagement and has worked on the development of commercial services, products and partnerships.
• The appointments place two long-serving internal executives at the head of functions covering financial strategy, aircraft financing, digital channels, loyalty and broader commercial activity as AEGEAN continues its fleet and network development.
• AEGEAN reported 7.8 million passengers in the first half of 2026, up 3% year-on-year, with consolidated revenue increasing 4% to €816.6 million. During the same period, the Group took delivery of five Airbus A321neo aircraft, taking its Airbus neo-family deliveries to 43 aircraft by June 30.
• The airline currently operates 68 aircraft, comprising 54 Airbus-family aircraft, two Bombardier Q-series aircraft and 12 ATR-family aircraft.
