United Kingdom – UK modular pilot training group Aeros Flight Training, one of the largest flight training organisations in the country, has announced a series of internal appointments across its flight operations and student support functions.

  • Garvie Logan has been appointed Senior Flight Operations and Planning Manager, taking responsibility for operational planning, scheduling, and flight operations coordination across the Aeros training network.
  • Kim Bennett has moved into an enhanced role managing Student Support and Graduate Services, with a focus on student wellbeing, progression, and career support from enrolment through to employment.
  • The appointments form part of Aeros' wider strategy to strengthen operational delivery and embed graduate employability support throughout the student training journey, rather than as a standalone end-stage process.

Statements

  • "Aeros continues to grow at an exciting pace, and I'm proud to be taking on this expanded role. Ensuring efficient operations while maintaining the highest standards of training and safety remains our top priority," said Garvie Logan, Senior Flight Operations and Planning Manager, Aeros Flight Training.
  • "Supporting students throughout their training journey, and beyond into their careers, is something I'm incredibly passionate about. This enhanced role allows us to further develop the support and graduate services available to every Aeros student," said Kim Bennett, Student Support and Graduate Services, Aeros Flight Training.
  • "Graduate Services is becoming an increasingly important part of the Aeros proposition. While our primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional pilot training, we also recognise that students are investing in a future career. What makes our approach different is that employability isn't treated as a separate program or a final-stage process. It's woven into how we operate, the relationships we build with airlines and industry partners, and the support we provide throughout a student's training journey. Kim is ideally placed to lead this next phase, bringing together student support, graduate services and industry engagement to create an even stronger experience for current and future Aeros students," said Sarah Champneys, Head of Sales & Marketing, Aeros Flight Training.
