Philippines – Airworks Aviation Academy has graduated 17 pilots of Cebu Pacific Cadet Pilot Program Batch 3 from the program’s ab-initio training phase. • The Cebu Pacific Cadet Pilot Program comprises a four-week Aviation Foundation Course in Pasay, 68 weeks of basic flight training at Airworks in Cebu and 24 weeks of Airline Integration Training in Pasay.
  • The complete pathway is designed to provide a Commercial Pilot Licence with Instrument Rating, 200 hours of flight experience, ATPL ground-school completion, multi-engine simulator experience and an Airbus A320 or ATR 72-600 type rating.
  • Cebu Pacific and Airworks planned to train between 240 and 300 cadets over five years when the program was launched in June 2024. Airworks confirmed the intake of the program’s 100th cadet in December 2025.
