ATP Flight School is an Elite partner in the SkyWest Pilot Pathway Program, which provides students with a defined progression from flight school to regional airline First Officer roles.

Cadets are eligible to join the program at the start of their training, gaining access to mentorship, seniority benefits, and fast-track airline placement upon reaching 1,500 flight hours.

ATP currently maintains 39 airline hiring partnerships, including with all three major US carriers: American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and United Airlines.

ATP’s Utah presence includes 428 active Airline Career Pilot Program students, underscoring its status as the top flight school in the state for aspiring airline pilots.

In the past 12 months, ATP has placed over 1,000 graduates into airline careers, driven by structured pathways and early career integration.
