Exail Unveils E‑3F AWACS Full Flight Simulator

France – French high-tech industrial group Exail has officially unveiled its new manufactured Full Flight Simulator (FFS) dedicated to the E-3F AWACS aircraft, with the simulator set to enter service imminently and first crews expected to begin advanced operational training within weeks.

• The FFS was developed in close collaboration with Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance (AFI KLM E&M), the DGA – Direction générale de l'armement, and the French Air and Space Force.
• The simulator is described as a unique training system worldwide, capable of accurately reproducing the flight characteristics of the E-3F AWACS platform in a fully immersive environment.
• The Lannion site, where the simulator was developed and unveiled, is positioned by Exail as a key centre of excellence in flight simulation technology.
