Florida, USA – Canadian aviation training and simulation provider CAE has expanded its relationship with US business aviation services company Upper Jets through an exclusive training agreement covering the business aviation fleet of Brazilian conglomerate J&F Holding. The arrangement consolidates crew training requirements under CAE's international training network, supporting operations across multiple business aircraft platforms.

The agreement covers 26 aircraft from J&F Holding's business aviation fleet, bringing training requirements for multiple aircraft platforms under a single provider.
Upper Jets will have access to CAE training centres across five geographic markets: the United States, Canada, Brazil, Europe and the Middle East, enabling crews to undertake training at locations suited to their operational requirements.
The expanded relationship establishes CAE as the exclusive training partner for the fleet covered by the agreement, replacing the need to coordinate training independently across multiple providers and locations.
For Upper Jets, the arrangement provides centralised access to aircraft-specific training capabilities across CAE's network, supporting crew qualification and ongoing training requirements as the fleet evolves.
AFM previously reported that CAE added four business aviation full-flight simulators to its training network in October 2026, supporting the Bombardier Global 6500, Embraer Praetor 600, Pilatus PC-24 and Cessna Citation CJ4. The expansion increased simulator capacity across the Americas as CAE continued developing its global business aviation training infrastructure.
