South Korea – South Korean flag carrier Korean Air has finalized a firm order with US aircraft manufacturer Boeing for 103 aircraft spanning the 737 MAX, 777X, and 787 families, completing a procurement commitment first announced in August 2025.
About Korean Air
Korean Air is South Korea's flag carrier, headquartered in Seoul and operating passenger, cargo and aerospace businesses. As of July 2026, it reported 166 aircraft, comprising 143 passenger aircraft and 23 freighters. Its passenger fleet comprised five Airbus A380-800s, four Boeing 747-8Is, 30 Boeing 777s, 31 Boeing 787s, 17 Airbus A330-300s, 23 Boeing 737s, 20 Airbus A321neos, 10 Airbus A220-300s and three Airbus A350-900s. Its cargo fleet comprised four Boeing 747-400Fs, seven 747-8Fs and 12 777Fs.
