RAero Expands Middle East Aviation Training Presence Through PearlQ Joint Venture

Qatar – Doha-based PearlQ Software and Network Solutions and US aviation training technology provider RAero LLC have formed a joint venture focused on aviation training solutions in Qatar, the Middle East and North Africa. The partnership is intended to combine PearlQ's Qatar-based technology and delivery capabilities with RAero's aviation courseware and digital training platforms, creating a local route for training deployment and Arabic localization.

• The joint venture has identified five initial areas of activity: digital aviation training and Learning Management System (LMS) solutions; commercial, corporate and business aviation training; military aviation and emerging eVTOL applications; Arabic localization and Qatar-based delivery; and aviation technology and workforce capability development.
• PearlQ will contribute its software, technology and local Qatar capabilities, while RAero will contribute aviation training platforms, digital courseware and aviation training expertise. The companies said the collaboration will support organizations through digital learning, LMS solutions, Arabic-localized content and local support.
• The partnership is targeting opportunities beyond airline pilot training, including corporate and business aviation, military aviation and emerging eVTOL training requirements.
• The companies positioned technology adoption, knowledge transfer and human-capital development in Qatar as part of the joint venture's objectives, linking the initiative with Qatar National Vision 2030.
• H.E. Sheikh Abdulla Khalifa F M Al-Thani, Chairman of PearlQ Software, and Brent Birdwell, CEO of RAero LLC, were identified as leading the collaboration. Amit Bahuguna, President of RAero LLC, and Sayeed MA, CTO of PearlQ Software, are also part of the leadership team supporting the venture.
• AFM previously reported that RAeroLLC launched in 2026 with an aviation training platform combining computer-based training, XR/VR familiarization, WebXR procedure training, interactive diagrams, general-subject training and flight management system training.
