Simaero Engineering Brings Simulator Maintenance Priorities to FSEMC 2026 in Frankfurt

Germany – Simaero Engineering is participating in the 2026 Flight Simulator Engineering and Maintenance Conference (FSEMC) in Frankfurt from October 5–8, with Senior Business Development Manager Yann Leurent attending discussions focused on full-flight simulator engineering, software management, hardware obsolescence and maintenance support.

  • Technical topics identified by Simaero Engineering ahead of the event include extended reality technologies, the operational impact of software updates on full-flight simulators, implementation of new software packages, standardisation of instructor station controls, Boeing 787 terrain database updates and continuing challenges around spare-part availability and ageing simulator hardware.
  • Simaero Engineering completed 10 simulator relocations across six countries during 2025 and entered 2026 with 10 active projects covering brokerage, spare parts, upgrades and research and development activities.
