United Arab Emirates – The International Summit for Aviation Training (ISAT) has announced the expansion of its conference program with a new Pilot Training and Workforce Forum, scheduled for December 14-15, 2026, at the Dubai World Trade Centre, targeting airlines, ATOs, flight schools, cadet program providers, and recruitment specialists across the Middle East, Africa, and India.

  • The Call for Papers is now open across key topics including Pilot Training and CBTA, Simulation and New Technologies (VR/XR, AI), Airline-ATO Partnerships, Training Infrastructure and Capacity Development, and Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition.
  • The event's geographic focus on the Middle East, Africa, and India aligns with the regions experiencing the most significant airline fleet expansion and associated pilot training demand growth globally.
