United Kingdom - Aeros Flight Training, one of the country's largest flight training group's with multiple training bases, hosted the Jet2.com and Jet2holidays Future Pilot team at its Leeds East Airport training facility to provide students with insight into airline recruitment pathways and the carrier’s Future Second Officer Programme.

  • Representatives from Jet2.com and Jet2holidays visited Aeros Flight Training’s Leeds East base in March 2026 to engage with students across the academy’s training network.
  • The session provided trainees with an overview of the airline’s Future Second Officer Programme and the requirements airlines consider when selecting future pilot candidates.
  • Students attended the event from Aeros’ training bases in Gloucester, Wellesbourne, and Leeds East, with some trainees flying into the event as part of their hour-building training.
