Florida, USA – Acron Aviation Academy, the Sanford, Florida-based flight training organisation of Acron Aviation operating at Orlando-Sanford International Airport, has announced the upcoming intake of its Jet Transition Program, commencing 6 April 2026.
- The programme curriculum is structured across 16 hours of total training time: 8 hours of instructor-led ground instruction delivered at Acron Aviation Academy's Sanford facility; 4 hours in a Flight Training Device (FTD); and 4 hours in a Full Flight Simulator — with simulator sessions conducted at Orlando International Airport using Avenger Flight Group full flight simulators.
- Course cost is $3,500 per participant, with accommodation not included. Classes run monthly, with a minimum class size of two participants and an ideal class size of four to six.
- The academy operates a fleet of over 85 single and multi-engine aircraft at Orlando-Sanford International Airport and has been delivering pilot training since 1986.
