Acron Aviation Delivers Train-the-Trainer CRM Program to Centrum Air

March 31, 2026

Uzbekistan – Acron Aviation has successfully delivered a train-the-trainer Crew Resource Management (CRM) program for Centrum Air (LLC My Freighter), equipping the Uzbekistan-based airline's internal training team to independently deliver CRM and Human Factors training to its pilots — making Centrum Air the only airline in its region with an in-house CRM training capability.

  • Acron Aviation's training team designed and developed tailored CRM courseware, delivered a series of train-the-trainer workshops, and supported the initial roll-out alongside Centrum Air's newly qualified instructors — building sustainable internal training capability rather than a recurring external dependency model.
  • The programme carries direct regulatory significance: Centrum Air is actively pursuing EASA approval, and robust, independently delivered CRM training is a core requirement for EASA regulatory accreditation — positioning the train-the-trainer investment as both an operational capability development and a regulatory readiness milestone.
  • Centrum Air pilots already complete type rating training at Acron Aviation's London Training Center, and Acron maintains oversight of CRM standards under the partnership — creating a multi-layered training relationship that spans type rating, CRM courseware design, and ongoing quality assurance.
  • The relationship between Acron and Centrum Air was formalised through a multi-year pilot training agreement signed in 2025, under which My Freighter / Centrum Air pilots access Acron's Level D Full Flight Simulator devices primarily at the Bangkok Training Center, with supplementary capacity at the London Training Center.

Statements

  • "Empowering airlines to build their own training capability is central to our philosophy of creating lasting value for our customers. By equipping Centrum Air's team to independently deliver CRM training, we are not only enhancing operational safety and efficiency today but also supporting their long-term growth ambitions," said David Coward, SVP and GM, Training Services, Acron Aviation.
  • "This foundational approach positions Centrum Air as innovators, being the only airline in region with the capability to independently conduct CRM training. The benefits of upskilling our trainers, enhancing pilot capabilities and reducing reliance on external providers will only strengthen the airline's safety culture," said Eldar Khamdeev, Director Flight Operations, LLC My Freighter / Centrum Air.
