United Kingdom – Aviation training and technology provider Acron Aviation has opened bookings for its new Open Training courses, with the first sessions scheduled to begin on October 19, 2026. The courses form part of the company's Aviation Services division, extending its training activities beyond pilots to aviation professionals responsible for safety management, compliance, operational leadership and instruction.

- The initial October schedule includes courses ranging from one to three days, with classroom delivery at its London Training Centre and virtual instructor-led options.
- The first Initial Safety Management Systems (SMS) course is scheduled for October 19–20, covering regulatory frameworks, hazard identification, risk assessment, safety reporting and safety performance monitoring. Recurrent SMS training is scheduled for October 22, followed by additional sessions in November and December.
- The company has scheduled Safety Management Responsibilities training for October 19 and 27, targeting accountable managers, nominated persons, operational supervisors and safety personnel. Just Culture Essentials will be delivered virtually on October 26, focusing on safety reporting, organisational accountability and fair decision-making.
- Acron Aviation's three-day Training and Instructional Techniques course will run from October 26–28, covering adult learning principles, instructional methods, communication and trainee assessment. A separate Safety Risk Management course is scheduled for October 28–30, while Effective Compliance Monitoring training begins on November 2.
- The training is intended for personnel working across airlines, approved training organisations, maintenance providers and other regulated aviation operations.
- AFM previously reported in September 2026 that Acron Aviation had launched its Aviation Services division, introducing training, consultancy and managed services covering safety, compliance, leadership and ground operations. The latest announcement confirms that the initial Open Training courses are now available for enrollment.
