Acron Aviation Seeking to Hire Head of Sales Europe in 2025

Europe– Acron Aviation is actively seeking to recruit a Head of Sales – Europe to spearhead its commercial growth across key European and adjacent regions. The position is remote-based with reporting responsibility to the company’s London Training Centre, and ideal candidates may be located in The Netherlands, France, Spain, or Scandinavia.

The Head of Sales – Europe will lead commercial development across airline training services, full-flight simulators, fixed-based and classroom training devices, and aviation training software.Responsibilities include:Delivering revenue and EBITDA targets across training and simulator portfoliosExpanding and managing key client accounts, while transforming commercial leads into contractsProviding strategic insight into market conditions and customer behaviourRepresenting Acron Aviation at industry forums and conferences, and conducting customer visits across Europe, Central Asia, and the CaucasusThe role emphasizes customer-centric performance, rapid execution, and open communication—aligned with Acron Aviation’s values:Customer First, Own It, Move Fast, Speak Candidly.Key qualifications include:10+ years of commercial experience within aviation training services or related sectorsProven expertise in strategic sales management and revenue generationStrong financial, communication, and cross-cultural skillsFluency in English, with additional European languages considered an assetThe role requires travel up to 20% of the time across multiple regions.
