Switzerland – AELO Swiss Academy has hosted a weekend airline coaching session for 15 student pilots, delivered by Captain Joe, one of the aviation industry's most prominent pilot training content creators and airline pilot, focused on preparing cadets for their first airline assessment processes.
- The coaching program covered group exercises, one-on-one sessions, and a final interview simulation, targeting competency-based interview techniques, group assessment performance, scenario-based evaluations, CRM dynamics, and decision-making under pressure.

- The collaboration is planned to continue throughout 2026, with further sessions scheduled to support AELO students approaching airline selection processes.
