AeroGuard Inducts Batch 12 Air India Cadets into Ground School at Air India Aviation Academy

India & USA – AeroGuard Flight Training Center, a global leader in ab initio flight training for airline partners, has announced the successful induction of Batch 12 Air India Cadets, who have begun their ground school phase at the Air India Aviation Academy in India, conducted in partnership with ThePilot.in, before traveling to AeroGuard's Phoenix, Arizona campus for the flight training phase.

• Batch 12 marks the latest intake in AeroGuard's ongoing cadet training partnership with Air India, under which AeroGuard was selected as a preferred flight training provider in 2024. The program has now progressed through 12 consecutive batches, demonstrating a high-frequency, sustained training pipeline between the two organizations.
• The cadets will complete ground school at the Air India Aviation Academy in Gurugram before transitioning to AeroGuard's Phoenix campus for professionally-focused flight training through the integrated cadet program.
