Aeros Flight Training Expands 2026 Fleet with a New Diamond DA20 Aircraft

United Kingdom – Aeros Flight Training, one of the UK's most established modular pilot training academies operating across Cardiff, Gloucester, Leeds, and Wellesbourne, has announced the addition of a Diamond DA20 to its training fleet, available from July 2026 for PPL training, self-fly hire, and hour-building.

• The DA20 is the first Diamond single-engine aircraft of this type to join the Aeros fleet, and is being introduced with an explicit evaluation purpose — Aeros has indicated that if the DA20 performs successfully in operation, it could play a significant role in shaping the future direction of the academy's fleet.
• The aircraft will be available for PPL training alongside Aeros's existing fleet, which has recently been expanded through the addition of multiple Tecnam P-Mentor aircraft across the academy's bases, as well as a glass cockpit DA40 added in August 2025.
