AeroStar and Icare Join Forces to Establish and Operate an FAA-Approved Airline Pilot Training Facility in Europe

France – AeroStar Training Services of Kissimmee and Icare of Morlaix, France are excited to announce the commencement of their plans to provide FAA approved training for ATP-CTP, ATP initial and Airbus A320 Type Rating at Icare's, Morlaix, France campus.

Icare's ultra-modern training campus located on Morlaix's airport is only a few short hours from major Parisian airports and is well served by the French TGV high speed rail network. The heritage town of Morlaix, situated in the Brittany region, dates back to the 13th century. Dedicated food and lodging is within walking distance from the Icare campus.

Once approved, Advanced Flight Training courses will be taught via a blend of virtual instructor led training (remote learning) as well as on campus flight simulator training in Morlaix. A320 Type Rating practical courses will be taught using Icare's state-of-the-art A320 ceo/neo Level D Full Flight Simulator, commissioned in 2024. 

AeroStar anticipates that training at this satellite location will commence* in late 2Q of 2026 and is pending FAA Approval.
