AFM Presents at New Zealand’s Aviation Industry Association Conference 2025
New Zealand – AFM participated in New Zealand’s Aviation Industry Association Conference 2025, held from 14–16 September at the Takina Wellington Convention and Exhibition Centre, where AFM’s Managing Director Maximilian Buerger delivered a presentation on global pilot demand and supply dynamics and their specific relevance to New Zealand.

AFM forecasts that global pilot demand will significantly rise again in 2026, exceeding 2024 and 2025 levels.

The presentation stressed that New Zealand has a strategic opportunity to strengthen its position as a global flight training hub, leveraging its established infrastructure and reputation for high-quality training.
