Air Arabia Academy Sends July 2026 Batch of Cadets to Italy

United Arab Emirates & Italy – Air Arabia Academy, the cadet pilot training arm of Sharjah-based low-cost carrier Air Arabia, has progressed its 7th batch of eight cadets to Italy to begin the Core Flying Phase of MPL program.

• Its established Italian partner is Professional Aviation Academy, where Air Arabia cadets have conducted primary flight training since the beginning of 2025.
• Professional Aviation operates from Ozzano dell’Emilia near Bologna and reports a fleet of more than 30 aircraft and helicopters.
• The Italian academy recorded approximately 18,000 flight hours and graduated nearly 60 Commercial Pilot Licence holders during 2025, while adding more than 10 new Tecnam aircraft to support increased training activity.
• AFM previously reported that Air Arabia Academy sent an eight-cadet fifth batch to Italy in February 2026 under the Professional Aviation partnership.
