New Caledonia – Air Calin, New Caledonia's flag carrier connecting the Pacific to the world, has selected Hinfact as its Training Management System (TMS) to support crew training operations across the airline's long-haul Pacific route network.

• The selection addresses the complexity of managing crew training across long-haul Pacific routes, including regulatory requirements, tight scheduling, and a dispersed workforce operating from New Caledonia across destinations in the Pacific, Asia, and beyond.
• Hinfact provides a TMS platform built specifically for aviation, offering structured, traceable training management designed around the operational personnel who maintain airline operations — including pilots, cabin crew, and other regulated workforce categories.
• For Air Calin, the TMS implementation supports regulatory compliance, crew qualification tracking, training scheduling, and documentation management — all critical functions for an airline operating long-haul widebody services where crew training currency and regulatory alignment are essential to operational continuity.

Air Calin operates an all-Airbus fleet consisting of 4 aircraft; 2x A320 and 2x A330.
