Air France-KLM Group Selects Hinfact Training Management System

Europe – aviation training software provider Hinfact has been selected by Air France-KLM as its Training Management System following a months-long competitive evaluation.

• Hinfact’s Training Management System includes:
  • Instructor applications and electronic training records.
  • Course and syllabus design.
  • Qualification and certificate monitoring.
  • Document storage and regulatory archiving.
  • Training planning and scheduling.
  • Learning-management and e-learning functions.
  • Training analytics and automated workflows.
• The platform is designed to support legacy, Competency-Based Training and Assessment, Evidence-Based Training and Advanced Qualification Program structures. It can be configured for pilots, cabin crew, maintenance personnel and ground staff.
• Hinfact also offers integration with airline flight-operations planning systems and application programming interfaces for synchronising training, resource and qualification data with external software.
• Air France-KLM’s fleet comprised 596 aircraft at December 31, 2025, including 189 long-haul, 300 medium-haul, 101 regional and six cargo aircraft.
• AFM previously reported that Hinfact recorded 130% year-on-year client growth during 2025 and expanded its customer base across six continents.
