India - Air India is recruiting for the role of Senior Associate – Flight Data Recorder (FDR) Analysis for its flight training organization's Flight Operations team at Amravati, with the position focused on flight data monitoring, safety compliance, and operational reporting in support of the airline's training and flight operations functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse all flying activities, including flight path plans
  • Ensure efficient functioning of flight data analysis systems and sync processes
  • Manage FDM analysis tools to support instructor debriefings
  • Analyse flight data and prepare periodic reports highlighting common errors
  • Monitor dual and solo flights and report any SOP deviations to Manager – Flight Ops
  • Assist Manager – Flight Ops in preserving data and documents as per regulatory norms
  • Utilise digital systems to support flying operations
  • Maintain accurate documentation as per applicable norms and regulations
  • Support the Flight Safety team during local audits

Eligibility Criteria

  • 1+ year of experience for Senior Associate
  • 2+ years of experience for Associate Manager
  • Prior experience as a Flight Data Recorder Analyst in Flying Training Organisations, ATO, NSOP, Airline Operations, or Defence Agencies is an added advantage
