Airbus Appoints Head of Human Resources in Saudi Arabia in November 2025

Saudi Arabia – Airbus has appointed Reem Algasim as Head of Human Resources for Saudi Arabia, effective immediately.

• In her new role, Algasim will head the HR function for Airbus’s Defence and Space Division in the Kingdom.
• Her appointment marks a return to Airbus, as she previously served as HR Business Partner in France in 2018.
• The move aligns with Airbus’s broader strategy to deepen its regional presence and support workforce transformation, leadership development and cultural alignment in Saudi Arabia’s aerospace and defence sector.
