Airbus Europe Training Center (AETC), a 100% subsidiary of Airbus, has appointed Captain Kim Verbraeken (FRAeS) as the new Chief Flight Instructor (CFI) Europe who shall be in charge of the initial training, standardisation and maintaining of competencies of the largest group of instructors (TKI, SFI, TRI) in the global network of AIRBUS training centres.

AETC, based in Toulouse, is a complex EASA-approved ATO with over 100 instructors in-house, 50 instructor freelance and activities covering ground and inflight training.
