Singapore - Airbus Asia Training Centre is hiring a Chief Flight Instructor to oversee its flight training operations in Singapore. This full-time position focuses on ensuring high training standards, managing instructional staff, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee flight training programs and ensure adherence to Airbus and EASA standards
• Supervise and manage a team of Type Rating Instructors (TRIs) and Type Rating Examiners (TREs)
• Conduct A350 training and evaluations as required
• Collaborate with the training management team to align training initiatives with organizational goals

Candidate Requirements

• A350 Type Rating Instructor/Type Rating Examiner (TRI/TRE) certification
• Experience in a management role within a training organization
• Strong knowledge of EASA regulations and compliance standards
• Proven ability to lead and mentor instructional staff
