Singapore –Airbus Asia Training Centre is hiring a Chief Flight Instructor to oversee its flight training operations in Singapore. This full-time position focuses on ensuring high training standards, managing instructional staff, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee flight training programs and ensure adherence to Airbus and EASA standardsSupervise and manage a team of Type Rating Instructors (TRIs) and Type Rating Examiners (TREs)Conduct A350 training and evaluations as requiredCollaborate with the training management team to align training initiatives with organizational goals

Candidate Requirements

A350 Type Rating Instructor/Type Rating Examiner (TRI/TRE) certificationExperience in a management role within a training organizationStrong knowledge of EASA regulations and compliance standardsProven ability to lead and mentor instructional staff
