Aircraft Manufacturer Accelerates Jet Production by Up to 40 Percent in 2025 After Supply Chain Recovery

Brazil – Embraer has announced major progress in its manufacturing performance, confirming that production of its main aircraft lines has accelerated by up to 40% following extensive operational and supply chain improvements.

• The company revealed that efficiency investments and infrastructure upgrades have significantly reduced aircraft assembly times across its commercial, executive, and defense divisions.
• Production of the Praetor business jet is now 40% faster than in 2021, while assembly time for the KC-390 military cargo aircraft has decreased by 33%. The first- and second-generation E-Jet families now take 27% less time to complete.
• Embraer has inaugurated new painting and flight facilities in both Brazil and the United States and expanded final assembly and interiors operations at its São José dos Campos manufacturing hub.
• CEO Francisco Gomes Neto stated that supply chain bottlenecks that previously slowed production are now largely resolved, enabling Embraer to meet delivery commitments more consistently.
• The manufacturer expects to reach the upper end of its 2025 delivery guidance — 85 commercial jets and 155 executive jets — driven by improved productivity and higher output stability.
