Ireland & Poland – Airline Flight Academy (AFA), a pilot training organisation headquartered in Dublin, partnered with Ryanair/Buzz on January 10, 2026 to present recruitment opportunities and advocate the benefits of its APS MCC course to more than 200 registered trainee pilots at the new Ryanair Training Centre in Krakow.

Based on airline‑provided data shared at the event, a standard MCC yields roughly a 25 % airline assessment pass rate, whereas candidates completing the AFA Ryanair APS MCC demonstrate pass rates in excess of 90 %—a substantially higher success indicator.
