- Following his appointment, Capt. AlHamad identified the expansion of AAG's international footprint and the strengthening of airline partnerships as priorities. He also emphasized the growing importance of MPL as an airline-focused, competency-based training pathway intended to develop pilots' technical, operational and decision-making competencies.
- AAG's training development priorities include Commercial Pilot License (CPL), MPL, aircraft type rating and Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) programs, alongside the standardization of training delivery across its international platforms.
- Capt. AlHamad also intends to build an international management team focused on collaborative leadership, talent development and accountability as the group expands its training operations.
