Alpha Aviation Group Philippines Graduates 12 Airline and First Officer Trainees in September 2026

Philippines – Alpha Aviation Group (AAG) has graduated 12 pilots from its Airline Pilot Program (APP) and First Officer Transition (FOT) training programs in the Philippines on September 19, 2026 .

• AAG's Airline Pilot Program is its structured airline-focused pilot pathway, incorporating ab-initio training before progression into advanced airline preparation. The academy is currently marketing its Integrated PPL-CPL-IR pathway with an expected duration of approximately 12-15 months.
• The First Officer Transition program is used for pilots progressing into the airline-transition phase of AAG's training system. AAG has previously used the FOT pathway to take APP graduates and existing CPL holders through Airbus A320 type-rating training ahead of potential first-officer employment.
• Capt. Stanley K. Ng attended the graduation as Guest of Honor and Speaker, addressing the graduates ahead of their transition from training into professional aviation careers.
• The graduation comes as AAG restructures its Philippine activity across three training hubs: Clark in Pampanga, San Fernando Airport in La Union and Santa Fe on Bantayan Island, Cebu. Clark supports ground school, simulator and advanced training, while La Union and Cebu provide additional ab-initio, navigation and instrument-flight capacity.
• AAG broke ground earlier in September on its expanded AAG Central development in Cebu, comprising an Integrated Training Facility at Magay Resort and a dedicated hangar at Santa Fe Airport. The development follows the launch of AAG's initial Bantayan flight-training operation in February 2026.
• AAG's Clark synthetic training capability includes Airbus A320 and A330 type-rating activity. CAAP qualification records include Level D Airbus A320 CEO/NEO Full Flight Simulator capability, while AFM reported in 2025 that the Clark operation housed three A320 FFSs and one A330/A340 FFS.
