Alpha Aviation Group Promotes Victor Dufort to Group Head of Simulator Management and Training Systems

Asia-Pacific – Alpha Aviation Group (AAG), an Asia-based aviation training group operating full-flight simulator training centres and flight schools across the region, has promoted Victor Dufort to Group Head of Simulator Management and Training Systems.

• In his expanded role, Victor Dufort is responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing the global operational performance of all simulator training systems across the Alpha Aviation Group.

• The role includes accountability for safety assurance and full lifecycle management of simulator assets across the group.

• His remit covers end-to-end management of simulator systems, including evaluation, acquisition, certification, integration, maintenance, and eventual retirement.

• Mr Dufort was previously Head of Simulation and Technology and brings long-term organisational continuity, having been with Alpha Aviation Group for 19 years.

Alpha Aviation Group operates full flight simulator training centers in the Philippines and India.
