Alpha Aviation Group Seeks Marketing Manager to Support Regional Pilot Training Operations

United Kingdom – London-headquartered aviation training group Alpha Aviation Group (AAG) has announced recruitment for a Marketing Manager to coordinate marketing activities, brand management and lead generation across its international training operations. The hybrid position will support the group's marketing activities across multiple markets, including its pilot training operations in the Philippines, India and Indonesia.

• AAG is accepting applications from candidates across five locations: the United Kingdom, Philippines, India, Indonesia and Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The position involves a hybrid working arrangement, with travel required as necessary.
• The role will involve coordination with local teams across AAG's training platforms, supporting marketing campaigns, brand consistency, digital content development and commercial priorities.
• AFM previously reported that AAG appointed Capt. Nadhem AlHamad as Group Chief Executive Officer in October 2026, with responsibilities covering the group's international training operations, airline partnerships and development of its regional management structure.

"About the Role

AAG is seeking a hands-on marketing professional to coordinate Group marketing activities, strengthen brand consistency, and support lead generation across its platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns across digital and other relevant channels.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual standards across markets.
• Coordinate website, social media, and marketing content with relevant teams.
• Manage campaign schedules, external partners, and agreed deliverables.
• Track marketing performance and recommend practical improvements.
• Work with local teams to support commercial priorities.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in marketing, digital campaigns, and brand management.
• Strong writing, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver work across locations.
• Experience using campaign results to guide improvements.
• Aviation, education, or international marketing experience is an advantage.
