Alpha Aviation Group Signs 2026 Contract with Piper Aircraft for 6 Training Aircraft

Asia – Piper Aircraft and Alpha Aviation Group (AAG) have signed a contract for the acquisition of six Piper training aircraft, with delivery scheduled within 2026, marking the first phase of AAG's long-term plan to acquire up to 100 aircraft over the coming years. 

• The contract was signed by Major General (Retired) Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Hamzah bin Haji Sahat, Business Development Adviser of Piper Aircraft Asia Sdn Bhd, and Colonel (Retired) Teng Keng Peh, Business Development Director of AAG.
• Piper Aircraft is a wholly owned by the Strategic Development Capital Fund under the Investment Division of Brunei Darussalam's Ministry of Finance, following Brunei's acquisition of the historic Vero Beach, Florida-based aircraft manufacturer. Piper produces the Archer (single-engine training aircraft) and Seminole (multi-engine training aircraft) widely used by flight schools worldwide.
• Alpha Aviation Group (AAG) is headquartered in the United Kingdom, with operations in the Philippines, India, and Indonesia, providing pilot training using both flight training bases and full flight simulator training center operations.
