Australia - Ansett Aviation Training, an Australia-headquartered aviation simulator training provider operating a global network of training centers, has indicated it is working with airline and operator customers to maintain continuity of pilot training programs amid airspace restrictions and travel disruptions affecting parts of the Middle East.

  • Ansett Aviation Training stated it is collaborating with customers to help ensure pilot training schedules remain on track despite disruptions.
  • The company highlighted available simulator training capacity across several locations within its global training network to support operators needing to adjust training plans.
  • Available simulator training locations include:
    • Melbourne and Brisbane – Airbus A320, De Havilland Dash 8 (DHC-8), King Air 350 (KA350), BAe146, Saab 340
    • Milan – Airbus A320 and Boeing 737NG
    • Taipei – Airbus A320 and ATR 72
  • The company noted it is prepared to work with airline customers to identify alternative training arrangements as operational conditions evolve.
