Argentina – ProFlight Aviation Academy, a flight training academy based in Argentina, and JetSMART, an ultra low-cost airline operating across South America, signed a landmark agreement in October 2025 to strengthen the pathway between pilot training and airline employment opportunities.

• The agreement, formalized on October 2, 2025, creates a direct link between ProFlight’s training programs and JetSMART’s pilot recruitment process.

• Under the terms of the partnership, graduates who meet both ProFlight’s academic standards and JetSMART’s operational requirements will be invited to participate in the airline’s selection process.
