ATP Flight School Brings 20 Aviation Employers to 2026 Arlington Career Expo

Texas, USA – ATP Flight School will host an exclusive career expo for students and alumni at its Arlington, Texas training center on October 1, 2026, bringing together nearly 500 aspiring airline pilots and 20 airline and aviation industry partners. The event forms part of ATP’s expanding post-training career support as US airline recruitment activity continues to increase during 2026.

• Nearly 500 ATP students and graduates are expected to attend the Arlington event, where pilot recruiters and other industry representatives will participate from 20 organisations. Confirmed airlines highlighted by ATP include American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Frontier Airlines, United Airlines and SkyWest Airlines.
• ATP currently lists 38 airline-backed Career Tracks covering major, regional, cargo and corporate operators, with students also able to access regional airline cadet programs. The October event provides participants with direct access to recruiters alongside those existing structured pathways.
• ATP states that it has invested more than US$460,000 in alumni career development and support since the beginning of 2025 through its no-cost Alumni Association. During 2026, the school doubled the number of sponsored passes available to alumni and instructors to attend major aviation conferences and recruitment events.
• The alumni support program also provides one fully sponsored Airline Transport Pilot Certification Training Program and one Airbus A320 type rating each quarter. ATP JETS, the group’s Part 142 airline training operation, delivers ATP CTP, type-rating and jet-transition training.
• The event comes as ATP reports increased airline placement activity. In early September, the school stated that 1,170 graduates had been hired by regional and major airlines during the preceding 12 months, with major-airline hiring of ATP graduates during 2026 running nearly 40% above the comparable 2025 period.
• ATP currently operates 87 flight training centers across the United States, supported by 658 training aircraft and 177 simulation devices. Its primary aircraft fleet consists of Cessna 172 Skyhawks, Piper Archer TX aircraft and Piper PA-44 Seminoles.
