The platform aims to improve checkride efficiency by simplifying examiner coordination and applicant readiness tracking across ATP’s nationwide training network.

• CheckrideCalendar.com is designed specifically for DPEs, offering tools to manage availability, schedule checkrides, review applicant and aircraft readiness, and receive automated updates—eliminating common scheduling delays.
• Developed with direct input from examiners and backed by ATP’s support team, the platform also allows live tracking of endorsed and upcoming applicants, reducing back-and-forth communication and enabling DPEs to plan proactively.
• The real-time dashboard offers visibility into examiner schedules, applicant pipelines, and aircraft airworthiness, promoting operational efficiency and minimizing checkride cancellations.
• ATP coordinates nearly 14,000 FAA practical tests annually, working with thousands of DPEs nationwide. The new platform builds on ATP’s decades of operational expertise and is expected to accelerate examiner access and test readiness—critical in a high-demand pilot training market.
