USA – FAA Part 142 training provider ATP JETS has detailed an ATP Certification Training Program (ATP CTP) network covering four operational locations, access to 100 fixed and full-flight simulators and approximately 200 instructors, with Denver planned as an additional location.
- ATP JETS reports access to 100 flight training devices and full-flight simulators representing seven aircraft types: the Bombardier CRJ, Embraer ERJ145 and E175, Airbus A320, Boeing 737, 767 and 777.
- The program is currently delivered through Dallas–Fort Worth, Las Vegas, Orlando and Miami. ATP JETS’ public training-centre directory lists dedicated facilities near DFW, LAS and MCO, while its Miami capacity is provided through an agreement granting access to Boeing’s Miami Training Campus for Boeing 737NG type-rating and ATP CTP courses.
- The Dallas facility includes a 24-station PSI examination centre, according to ATP JETS, allowing candidates to complete the associated knowledge-testing phase at the same location.
- Virtual instructor-led classes begin each Monday, Wednesday and Friday, while an in-person ground-school class begins each Thursday at the Dallas centre. ATP JETS also offers weekend-only virtual courses beginning on Saturdays, followed by simulator sessions in Dallas.
- ATP JETS reports an instructor cadre of approximately 200 current and retired aviation professionals, including Part 121 check airmen, aircrew programme designees, chief pilots, base chief pilots and former training and flight-operations executives.
- More than 30,900 pilots have completed ATP CTP with ATP JETS.
