France – ATR has hosted its second dedicated pilot-career immersion programme at its headquarters and training centre, welcoming 20 flight-student cadets for an in-depth introduction to ATR aircraft operations, regional-aviation careers, and the ATR training environment. The event reflects ATR’s continued commitment to supporting future pilots and promoting regional-airline operations worldwide.
Cadets participated in expert-led workshops delivered by ATR’s training and product teams, including sessions with Captain Hervé Barthe (Head of Flight Training), Nicolas Monclus (Training & Offer Manager), Philippe Perrier (Head of Ground Instructors), and Patrice Morello (ATR Product Marketing).
The programme introduced cadets to the unique operating characteristics of ATR aircraft, the dynamics of the global regional-aviation market, and the breadth of career pathways available to future pilots.
Participants experienced a full-flight simulator session as part of an immersive exposure to ATR’s training ecosystem, supported by ATR’s instructional and technical teams.
